Found the "Boca Townsite" cache today. It's so hard to find the correct lyrics to The Proclaimers' "500 miles" song. Most sources on the web disagree on the words/syllables in the chorus. I, personally, think they're saying "private actor, private actor, private actor, private actor, dumb duh dul lum, duh dul lum, duh dul la da da". No other sources concur with this, however.
