I watched the "Creature from the Black Lagoon" (1954; Richard Carlson, Julia Adams) last night on VHS. Cheesy, but oh-so-scary. We surpassed 64,000 miles (103,000 kilometers) on our car recently. What's with all the terrorism-related stuff over the past week? There was the hand grenade incident, then the student pilot over the White House, then the suspicious France passenger. Things seem to be heating up again...
