The new AMD Athlon 64 FX-57 single-core CPU debuted yesterday, and now AMD has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Intel. Sharks!

Why the Supreme Court's Grokster ruling is a victory for P2P (peer-to-peer file sharing networks), despite what you may've heard. Apple's new version of iTunes (4.9) now directly supports podcasts!
