• "By the Light of the Moon" by Dean Koontz
• "The Testament" by John Grisham
• "Dragon Tears" by Dean Koontz

And we've also seen the following notable films lately:

"Fun with Dick and Jane" (2005; Jim Carrey, Téa Leoni, Alec Baldwin) - mildly amusing, but not our favorite Jim Carrey flick.

"Rocky Balboa" (2006; Silvester Stallone, Antonio Tarver). Very cool, and a great end to the Rocky legacy.

"Bulletproof Monk" (2003; Chow Yun-Fat, Seann William Scott) - very cool and action-packed.

"Eragon" (2006; Ed Speleers, Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich) - an awesome fantasy. I can't wait to see the sequel!

"Uptown Girls" (2003; Brittany Murphy, Dakota Fanning, Marley Shelton, Donald Faison, Heather Locklear) - funny for a click flick.

"The Karate Kid" (1984; Ralph Macchio, Pat Morita, Elisabeth Shue) - a timeless classic.

"The Kid" (2000; Bruce Willis, Lily Tomlin) - seen before, but didn't remember it until about ½ way into the movie. LOL
